The first email and video will be sent to you on Monday, 2nd October 2023 at 9am, and then daily until the last day - Friday 6th October 2023.

The workshop will be hosted on Zoom at 10am on Saturday 7th October. If you can’t attend live, it’ll be recorded and made available for you to watch whenever you like.

I’ve designed the programme to be a journey which builds on each day and culminates with the live workshop. Whilst I encourage you to follow along each day, I know you’re busy people with commitments, so if you can’t do a day or two, you’re free to catch up in your own time as you’ll have the email and video.

I’d encourage you to if possible, as we’ll be building on what you’ve discovered and been working on over the 5 days in the workshop and there will be a Q&A element.

The videos range from 10-20 minutes in length, making up a total recorded run time (not including time for any reflective work you do as part of them) of 60 minutes.

The workshop is an opportunity to ask any questions, share observations and breakthroughs in a relaxed, safe and supportive space with like-minded people.
We’ll also be doing some group coaching / EFT on anything that has come up for you, or anything that comes up as a result of our discussion.
As founding members of the programme, I’d also welcome your feedback.
The sessions brought about so much clarity and motivation. It equipped me with pragmatic steps to move forward and it is no surprise that so far, I have had one of my most rewarding years to date. Thank you Josh.
